Hi Sir, This is regarding the old complaining of My Xolo Q1000. My mobile’s speaker, mike is not working , voice is not audiable and mobile is getting heated and battery life is less. Note:- 1. Facing this problem in mobile from last 5-6 months. 2. Went to service center 5 times, out of which I got 2 complain numbers 310000216121 and 1771 and other time they immediate solved the issue. 3. I called to Customer care many times, and every time they asked me to visit service center and I did it but still mobile have same basic issue/problems. 4. After visiting 4 times to service center , last week on 18th Jan I called to customer care(spoke to Mr. Ajay) and as per requested by Ajay , I have given my mobile to service center for mother board replacement and on 25th jan I got my mobile back and the SAME problem still EXISTS. 5. Again today I called customer care, they asked me to go to service center. 6. From last 5 months (1 month after purchasing mobile) I have visited service center 5 times. And NO USE of it. 7. My mobile is used by service center. There are 30 + pics(some mall and birthday pics) took by someone else. Facebook and whatup was accessed from different login. Xolo service center and customer care are worst.
