I have given my mobile make-XOLO Q1000S on 27.12.13 for repair to C/o best Services ,shop No-G-1 G-2 New delhi-110034 Netaji subash palace.that time they give in written that phone will be repaired with in 20 to 25 days and repired estimate will be approximately 9259/- but now till date no any satisfactory answer comes neither they told about the estimate .now the cost of new phone is also reducing day by day but they are unable to give any information to me.when and how much cost of repair will be.so that I can made my mind to get it repaired or not as cost reduces day by day .

At the time of purchase on 26.10.13 the cost will be 17000/- and at the time when given for repair was around 15000/- but now its nearly 10000/-.The touch screen and display broken as per service center.
