The display was broken so i submitted the handset to your charni road service center on 22 nd october 2013
Its been 2 months now, the handset is not repaired yet. Very bad experience with your voice support and service center.
Kindly look in to this matter.

I have already lost 2 months of warranty, the service center guys still do not have an estimated time to fix my xolo handset. I am also working in customer service, but you guys seems to least bothered about my concern.
