REF:- IMEI No. 911310451194212. I purchased XOLO Q700 on 26th November, 2013 from dealer ZOOP Mobile at 263, Goverdhandas Bldg., Girgaon, R.R. Road, Near Central Plaza, Charni Road, Mumbai-400004 vide Invoice No. 627. On 9th December, 2013 I submitted my mobile handset as the Bluetooth, WIFI & FM was not at all working to the Xolo authorized service centre at F1 Info Solutions & Services Pvt. Ltd., 13, Kala Bhavan, 3rd Floor, 3rd Mathew Road, Mumbai-400004. A representative of the said service centre informed me that it will take 20 days to get it repaired and they will call me when the handset is received by them from Xolo Company. On 21st day i.e. 30th December, 2013, I went to the service centre to know the status about my mobile handset as 20 days were passed and I didn’t received any call from service centre. After giving them a job sheet they gave my phone and told me to check it. I noticed the same problem that Bluetooth, WIFI & FM was not at all working. I informed a representative about this fault and he gave the mobile handset to engineer to get the problem solved and told me to wait for 10 minutes. After approximately, more than half an hour, a representative gave by mobile handset with all problems solved. It simply means that my complaint of 9th December was not taken seriously and my mobile handset was with service centre only. An engineer of service centre repaired my mobile handset in just 1 hour on the day I visited to service centre to get my handset back, then why did they keep my mobile handset with them for 20 days, if the same problem was solved in just an hour. On the very next day morning i.e. 31st December, 2013, my mobile completely stopped working and it was just like a dead mobile. So, I went service centre again to get it repaired and the representative took my mobile handset and told me to come in evening only if he call. Till evening, I didn’t received any call from service centre, so I called him on 022-43346363 to know the status of my handset and he told me that he will inquire and call me within 15 minutes. He then didn’t call me & didn’t even pick up my phone thereafter. On 2nd January, 2014, I went to the service centre to receive my mobile handset. After letting me wait for an hour, he gave my mobile with all problems solved. On the same day, in the evening my mobile suddenly got SWITCH OFF and it was not getting ON after trying several times. On 3rd January, 2014, I went to the service centre to get it repaired. After letting me wait for an hour, an engineer said to representative that there is a fault in battery and not in mobile handset. I submitted my battery to get it replaced and representative told me that it will be delivered to me within 4 to 5 days. An engineer after checking my mobile handset on 31st, December, 2013 and 2nd January, 2014 didn’t noticed any error in battery and told me that there is an error in the handset and took my phone for 3 days.
