xolo q800 handset – service centre staff misbehaved

i had submitted the xolo q800 handset in service center on 14th sep and i was informed that it is repaired on 1st oct i went there and found the same issue so they didn’t given the phone and told it will be send to xolo and after that it is already 16 day and in total 34 days went but they are not repairing the handset and telling me to wait but the time limit is unknown. when i asked at lava they misbehaved me .

they should provide me a new handset of same model or my money back
