I have handover My Xolo Q800 Mobile handset to Xolo Service Center through home pick up (Fedex Docket no 803106956341) on 10th October 2013 for the problem of glass crack. Mobile glass was cracked in the pant pocket while traveling. I given my handset to Xolo Service for replacing the front glass case only. Thye haven’t given me any replacement handset. Today is 24th October. I have called customer care several times & everytime they said that we don;t have any information with us, information is with back end executives. We will escalate your issue to our seniors. I have mailed xolo care almost everyday. for detailed information please see attached file
I want my mobile with new front glass case & spare body cover as spare part within 2/3 days. If they are unable to provide my mobile withing 2 or 3 days they should give me another handset for the service period. Currently I don’t have any mobile. I am using my freinds mobile.
