I am Nitin Gola from Bhajanpura, delhi, My Xolo Model No. Q800, first IMEI NO :- 911306750341678 and Second IMEI NO :- 911306751041632 i submitted this handset in two month for your service center due to shut down issues. They told me that 30th July 2014 we will give you handset back with problem solved. but after calling and calling again and visiting the service center often for 1 and half month. but i was too much frustreted and i had no time to fight and argue with these useless service center guys.So i request you to please help in this matter.

: I have submitted my Xolo Q800 phone to Technocare Solution Pvt Ltd (lajpat Nagar Srvice center) and from last 18th august i did not get the product back and today i visited to center and they are telling that it will take 1 more week, what the hell is happening from last 5-6 days they are saying the same word to wait for one week, i have purchased the product to use it not to keep it in service center, why i am not getting my phone back and no one is providing exact information not you guys and not service center. Service center telling that the phone is pending from company itself, I want my product on urgent basis or replace it from a new one.
