I was facing an issue in my xolo q800x that the screen pattern got locked and wasn’t able to unlock it. I callled to xolocare, the care assistance had told to me visit one of their xolo service center located in #652 1ST FLOOR ,11TH MAIN ROAD JAYANAGAR 4TH BLOCK BANGALORE, Pin Code:560011 Landline Nos:080-41685888/41511022. I went to the above center to get my mobile repaired on 03-April-2014. A guy from that center charged me 250rs and assured to give my mobile back on next day. And the next when i reached there, he told that it takes another day due to some technical probelms. Again the next day, i heard from him that, not able to unlock this mobile, we are going to send to Noida, Xolo manufacturing unit. Since, from that day i have been waiting and getting this answer “still its not done” I frustrated with the way xolo is providing service and suggesting my friends not buy any product from XOLO as becuase they are the worst and irresponsible service provider. Please i assistance to get my phone to be ready.
