XOLO Service Center – Problems Not Resolved

I gave my phone to replace the broken Sim tray to one of the XOLO Service Center Deprosys technologies on Feb-08-2014 but till date 16-03-2014 i have not got my phone back. One of the worst service company i have seen in my life. i have been following with them for almost 45 days and no proper response. They are unable to resolve the simple problem of replacing broken sim tray and i do not know why XOLO is having contract with them to service xolo phones. XOLO should be ashamed of this and they are spoiling its reputation by giving contract to these bugers. I know xolo is just growing at the same time they are spoiling them self because of these service companies. Now i do not know how i am going to get my phone back from them. I am thinking of filing case against in consumer court against XOLO and its servicing center(Deprosys technologies). Either XOLO guys contact your service center and get my phone back or i do not have much option now.

Xolo Q 700 reaired and screen cracked again
I purchased a xolo q700 handset in july 2013 screen was damaged in dec of its own when i visited service centre they said its a physical damage i paid 4500 for touch panel only got handset after 25 days in januray 2014 within a week while charging the handset touch screen got cracked again stopped working they say that its a physical damage again sent a notice but haven’t got any reply now am planning to file a case
