I have submitted Xolo Q1000 at malad service center but yet I haven’t heard from them. Whenever I call they always give me fake excuses like system down, server issue so therefore can’ check your IMEI no. Also, they always promises call bacl but it never happens. Now, they are saying that yur mobile is stil at delhi service center and it’s too much height. I am convenicing them from last 3 weeks that I want my cell back but every time when I cann they says there is no status on your account. my imei no is: 911310200704493 n their cont no is: 022 6554 4559. From last 2 weeks lady emp and engineer are making me fool by saying about system down issue and will give you a call later when I ask for a escalation they transferred it to chetana and she is doing the same. It seems they all are in one group and wasting my time and increasing BP. My patience are over now. I wish I should file a compaint against them. I do not have problem with xolo but their employees are not working.
