sir i bought XOLO q500 in dec2013,by mistake i fall down and its touch was broken but screen is ok,i went for complaint at local collection point they told me 25 days time and 3500 rs. then i called to xolo customer care for complaint they told me to go to karnal (haryana)service centre for get it repair,but they told me that after repairing it do sent work.

i want my cash back or they make it repair with minimum charges and very soon. i am facing problem from 3 weeks but no one is giving response
