Dear Sir, My Xolo X900 (IMEI-911202500058243, purchase online shopping – Indiatimes shopping on 17-05-2013 ) (Complaint Ticket No by xolo care – 310000076032) mobile phone got dead on dated 01/07/2013 and I submit my handset at collection point at Krishna Distributer, Mobile Service Centre, Ulhasnagar on dated 03/07/2013 and after that nothing positive response from customer care and email service up to today, every time they send message ” As we checked, your handset is under repair and it will be dispatched back to you as soon as possible after necessary repair. For further information, kindly call our toll free helpline 1800-30-100-104 (Monday to Saturday 10:00am to 07:00pm) Now suggest what to do??? I purchase xolo x900 handset, Is it my mistake? It’s a responsibility of the company to give proper service to customer within minimum period not up to one month. Please give me proper justice! Thanks!
