I am Having Sony Xperia Z2 SmartPhone. My problem is that Photos taken by camera will not being saved in Album or in photos permanently . Only whatsapp , facebook & bluethooth downloaded videos & photos were saved in Album & in Photos App. . Camera pictures were saved in Album & photos App. only for few hours after that they will automatically delete from mobile . I am facing this problem from a very first day of purchased date of mobile . I purchased this mobile on 22nd July 2014 . Purchase shop is SS Phones , near paanch bati choraha , Jaipur . After consulting with distributor person he advised me for service center . Service Centre ( Civil lines road , Jaipur ) updated all mobile software again but after few hrs receiving of mobile I am facing same problem again . Now I am irritating by this brand New Mobile . Please solve my problem or replace this mobile by new one . Please do the needful as soon as possible .
