I have purchased a new Yamaha FZS(Mach 2014) bike from Green yamaha showroom. The battery of the bike only work for a 2-3 days and stopped working, When we contacted showroom, they told to go service center, upon reaching service center, they are telling that showroom will replace same as they have given faulty parts, again I went to showroom, this time they told to go another EXIDE shop, upon reaching there, person from EXIDE shop are telling to go another shop or purchase new battery, they are giving another address to go, again we went to showroom , dealer is telling to come another day, giving no solution to replace faulty part. It have been one and half month, I am going to showroom or EXIDE shop(disturbing my work and incurring expenses of commutation), but replacement of battery is not done by dealer. Kindly lock complaint against them and take appropriate action. Please help me for this case as services/responses provided by dealer are not satisfactory at all. Thanks in advance for support.
