respected sir,i have purchased yamaha szr on date 10th august 2011 from roshan automobiles,plot no,c-1,lalkothi,shopping centre near laxmi mandir cinema,tonk road jaipur,rajasthan.after purchased this bike i used to drive for few days,after two services i noticed that bike giving mileage of 30km/ltr,so i came to roshan automobiles and tell him about this problem,after that they again done service of bike but the problems are remain same,after that i gone for many times regarding this problem but they are not able to meet out this problem.now i am feeling that i was made fool from dealer or company so now request to you what can i do for it,can i go for legal action against dealer or company. the bike details are:- registrasion number:- rj-14-bk-5320 engine number:- 5ub3034772 chessis number:-me154b036b2034789

i am sufferd mantally and physically too.since from two year i am facing problem regarding mileage.the problem with bike is ruining my personal and proffession life day by day,how can i survive in marketting job with such mileage{25km/ltr}

i want replace my bike with new one,or pay me such amount.
