my name is manish kumar, i had purchased a yamaha home theater system (model-yht 299)but after one week its got some problem so i went to reliance digital service center since i had purchased it from reliance digital store(kolkata)on 2nd february 2014 but till april 27,2014 they have not repaired it and whenever i call them they making some excuse also i got the information that due to unproffessional technicians they have damagged my new system now i like to get new system
