Yatra.Com Flight Reservation Without Any Care for Customer

hi, i booked a flight on yatra.com from new delhi (DEL) to Syracuse, USA. ticket no 0163975356581, pnr no LG6DF2 the flight takes 2 stops, one in frankfurt and other in new york.. After 2 days i realised that in new york, the flight lands on JFK airport and the next flight leaves from Newark airport, with a gap of 50Km and 3 and 1/2 hours. yatra.com didnt provide me with any transport inbetween. Also it was almost impossible to go through immigration and reach newark in such a short time. when i called yatra.com and asked them to rectify the mistake they told me that they are unable to do so… So i called the United airlines, and they were courteous enough to give me a flight to newark, for the mistakes of yatra.com. when ever i book a flight from one place to another, it is the duty of the company to transport me to my destination not mine. so my complaint is against yatra.com, that they made such a mistake.

I want stern warning to be issued to yatra.com, a formal apology from yatra.com. and a promise that they will never do such a thing to another customer.. and anything you see fit.
