Considering the current climate of northern India, room heaters are necessary items for my grandparents who are more than 80 years in age and cannot go to market to buy these items themselves. I have ordered two Sunflame room heaters model no. SF 931 on 2nd January 2012 on www.yebhi.com website, order no. YBH2928595, order Value-Rs. 4396/-. I have remitted the full payment to the shipper in advance thru credit card. The standard delivery time mentioned on yebhi website is 2 days (if the city comes under yebhi express delivery service) and 3-4 working days if the city is not covered under their express delivery. Its almost 6 days now that shipment is not delivered to the designated place i.e. Saharanpur. Even though Saharanpur comes under their express delivery service still yebhi shipped the goods thru FedEx India. On FedEx website, tracking details are showing that my shipment is lying at Ambala hub since January 4, 2013. Neither FedEx nor yebhi is giving me any satisfactory answer/reason for the delay in delivery. I am following yebhi for this shipment from last 3 days and every time I called on Yebhi customer support number, they are not committing the exact delivery date neither they are ready to cancel my order as a result of which I am facing mental harassment. I strongly convey that I am not getting what I am paying for. All my attempts to bring this to the notice of Yebhi have fallen on deaf ears.
I demand a prompt redressal of my complaint & if this is not possible, adequate compensation from Yebhi in this regard due to the mental harassment suffered. Best Regards Vishal Gupta +91-9899282202
