I place an order with Yebhi.com vide order no. YBH2177788 dtd 16th August,2012 through the credit card for the “Lino-Perros Women Girls Handbags” for Rs.1120/and i could not liked the product when received.And i called customer services for the return pick up but nobody came for the pick-up even after several reminders. At last i courier this item on 13th October,2012 to Yebhi warehouse. And since yet i am continously calling the customer services for my refund of Rs.1120/- Kindly help me in getting the same.

I want the refund of the item returned to them for Rs.1120 +1000/- as compensatory charges.
