Yepme.com – Delay in despatching the goods – Review

I placed the order with Yepme on 08.06.2014 with transaction ID 7399869. We ordered the goods for our tour scheduled on 16.06.2014. We had lodged formal complaint on the website for expedition of despatch of goods with complaint ID 754683. But no response came from their side. We also called couple of time to their customer care number which used to kept us on hold for 10-15 mins. Their executive informed us that goods will be delivered within 2 days & their senior person will call us to address our complaint. However till date we have not received any call from their end. Due to non despatch of goods within their TAT we had to buy goods from the nearby shops at higher prices. We informed them to deliver the goods by 15.06.2014 else cancel the transaction & refund the money. However they have not done the same & instead to our surprise, they have sent few items (4 out of 9) on 23.06.2014, of which 1 is defective (image attached), 2 are not matching with the order. Also size of the shoes are not matching with what we ordered. We tried to lodge the complaint for theses goods but there was no option to complaint again for the same order number. They have given eascalation button for escalating the maater which is disabled. Hence could not escalate the matter (screenshot attached). We request you to please accept our complaint & take necessary action against Yepme & arrange to claim our entire amount of refund & charges for our new purchases.

We want refund of our entire money of Rs.1426/- with claim for our new purchases of Rs.5240/- & mental disturbance for several days. Now we want the return of damaged goods & goods not matching to our order, to be arranged by Yepme.
