Respected Sir I am sad to inform you that I have been deceived on the name of online marketing by the following companies. 1. YEP ME 2. MOBIKWIK COMPLAINTS DESCRIPTION I purchased three cloth items from yepme on 06/02/2014 order no.5360355 Rs 449, 5360040 Rs 947 and paid via mobikwik wallet (where I had money from my crebit card) but they did not deliver it till 11/02/2014. I raised refund complained on 11/02/2014 in the morning. I called so many times to yepme and mobikwik for my refund but all is result less. They assured only but not processed yet my refund. Please tell me what should I do? Wether i will get my refund. All these companies are playing with costumers because they are out of reach. Hope you will take strict action on these companies.

An amount of Rs 500 call charges + punishment by bank over me + sum paid to the company+ 5000 workloss with mental pressure
