Yepme.com – I am not satisfied with the quality refund my money

I placed an order of two sweatshirts ( orderId 4237922 ) on 24 November 2013. I am not satisfied with the quality of the product so i returned it . The person comes and pick the product I get confirmation for this on 29th NOV ’13 it was mentioned on the email that my refund will process shortly. It as 2 months passed now i did not get my refund. I called to customer care many a times and they reply my there is some gateway problem every time and they told me each time I will get my refund with in 2-3 business days. But this never happens. I am frustrated with all this your worst service and customer care. I want my refund from this company.
