I have order Shoe in Yepme.com on Jan 17th 2014 and i paid all the money upfront. After some days when i have checked it shows delivered but i didnt receive the product. I have raised complaint regarding my order no: 5035179. Irrespective of continous followup, still i didnt get my product or my refund. Now its showing complaint got resolved, i dont understand without giving me any explanation or Proof of Delivery how can they close the complaint. When ever i m calling customer care i m getting same bored response ” its been excalated”. Are they trying to play with customer after getting full money and not deliverying the product. It looks like scam and their customer care is so worst, they never bothered to resolve the issue. Please dont order anything in Yepme.
