I bought two shirts from Yepme.com on 29/03/2014 for Rs.759/- and paid thru Netbanking on sameday. After one week when I contacted customer care they told me my order is rejected due to non-availability of the item and will refund my money within 10 days. Several times I called up and they are giving lame excuses. When I contacted on 30th April, they told me they refunded my money on 15th April. But I haven’t received it. Finally I send my bank statement to prove that I haven’t received the money.
I want to get a refund of Rs 759/- which was paid on 29/03/2014 for order No. 6125964
