I ordered a Jeans shirt on 16th May, 2013 ORDER NO:2205738 and paid RS779 through Net Banking (SBI), Transcation details as per my online SBI account:INB PayU India 26388452IGI4697558 TRANSFER TO 32173669294, Debit Rs 779 21 May I complained that delivery is still pending and got a complaint no. ie.135257, 23 May Yepme reverted back with a mail stating “Your order is confirmed from our end but due to some internal issue shipment is not dispatched yet”. 2nd June, I mailed them “Order is still pending, Please do the needful or still if company is unable to deliver the order simply cancel it and return back my money, before i approach to District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum” 3 June Yepme mailed me ” This is with reference to your query regarding refund of order no. 2205738, Your complaint has been forwarded to our concern dept. They are working on the same. We will shortly get back to you with update.” 11June:I called on customer care no. ie. “01204851250” they told me “i will get refund in max. 5 days 17 june: I again called customer care and got this answer ” my senior is in meeting so, call back some time else.”
I demand My paid money ie. Rs779 2)Interest 3)Compensation for mental distress and inconvenience. And any other relief that may be pleased to grant in the interests of justice and good conscience.
