I had ordered two shoes with order number-3850924 and 3850118.But the shoes which was sent to me was different.I was told to courier the product as they said in bhubneswar there is no receiving facility.I sent them the product through DTDC with tracking id-v14414584.I sent both the shoes through a single packet.And they are saying they have not received one of the shoes and they have received only one shoes.If i sent both the shoes in a single packet how can they receive only one shoe.They are not refunding me the amount and its been 4 months since i had ordered the shoes.

I want them to refund my shoes amount .Along with this they should refund me the call charges that is 1000 rs.
