Yepme.com -shoe was very tight and poor quality refund my money

I had ordered a shoe from YEPME worth Rs.499 (order id 4607682) when I received it I found the shoe was very tight so I ordered a replacement and sent the old order through Speed post (replacement request 499456) and received the replacement. The next day when I wore it to office the sole of the pair broke on my way to office within 1 hour so when I tried to log a refund request the system did not allow me and message told “Dear Customer, You have already created a replacement order for this Order ID 4607682. You cannot create another replacement on this order. Please call our customer care 0120-4851250 for further assistance.” and customer care wants me to send the product again to them without logging and refund order in their system and also mentioned that in these cases they do not refund money as I wore the shoes by removing the price tags (which normal human beings do). need my money back Rs499+135 = 634 (shoes + Speed post charges). And you please suggest whether I should again send the defective shoes to YEPME without logging Refund request? I have also sent pictures of the shoes. I am really harassed by YEPME. Please look into this.
