Yepme.com – sizing issue with all the pairs refund my money

Hi, my name is Yatish Raj Gupta. I purchased 3 pair of shoes for Rs 434/- (order no: 3792069) from Yepme.com via online shopping on 19th Oct’13. There was a sizing issue with all the pairs, for which they got the reverse pick up done on 7th Nov’13. Since 7th Nov’13, i was waiting for my replacement to come through but i’ve not got my product till date. It has been 2 months and 9 days I have been waiting but nothing is happening and I am not getting any help. Now I’m looking for the refund only. I have been calling their customer service @ 01204851250 and wasting money & time on the calls and everytime they advise me to wait for another 8-10 days or so and the money will be credited back into my account. When I ask them to let me talk to the supervisor or manager, they say they are busy and they do not let me speak with the supervisor. Please help

Its quite humiliating. I’ve been tortured mentally as I have been waiting for 2 months 9 days now. I want my money back & compensation for the calls and time that I wasted on the customer service.
