My Yepme.Com Online Shopping order number was 4132195 and 4196897. . my phone number 90420640XX. 1st order was already returned. .But still you are doing my Refund process and 2nd order status now showing as Returned. I don’t know why it is returned. .i’m very disappointed. now my thought is hereafter i never use yepme online shopping. Please refund my both the orders amount. which was Rs.486 and Rs.486. totally Rs.972. already i mailed for refund pending. but there was no reply as you said refund process will be with in 72 hrs.but your time elapsed. clearly please say which time you will refund my Rs.972 amount.

I need my amount. if we order placing means you are taking our amount with in a minute same case you could follow on refund also. that much better to attract customers. I’m spending more time for this.so make soon i don’t have time and money. . please REFUND my amount. i have seen many complaints in online such as you are not responding for refund complaints. . same case please you don’t follow on my end. because my amount was nearly 1000 rs. already my expectation is gone about yepme. so don’t delay to refund process. i need reply for this mail. i have received call from Mr. Vikram (8588875897). that gentlemen is said, your refund amount will be credit with in 72 hrs. I think that gentlemen might be forgotten. please remind to him. and refund my amount quickly. today my amount should be refund to my account. I do not want to have to send the message or mail again.
