Yepme.Com – the Worst Customer Service

I had purchased 2 pairs of shoes, and have been following up for 2 months for my refund. The shoes have been sent back by Speed Post. Everytime we call, the standard reply we get is the items have not yet gone through a quality check, and they will revert to us in a few days. Have also sent a scanned copy of the Speed Post receipt. They don’t even bother to reply to our mails. My order no. is 4247935 and the shoes have been sent by Speed Post vide Docket no: ET030509865IN. Have never experienced such Horrible Customer Service ever before!!

Will the CEO of Yepme.com care to respond before its too late ?
