Yepme.com – tracksuit was torn and not of good quality

I ordered Yepme combo(Track suit and shoes) from yep me.com on 5 Nov 2013 with order no 4002884.I prepaid it online.I received this product on 7th or 8th of Dec.The tracksuit was torn and not of good quality.As per policy you can ask for refund with in 30 days if you don’t like the product.I again requested them on 10 Dec 2013 to refund my money.From 10th till today its more than 20 days no body has picked up their product and no refund also.I marked more than 10 mails to them and this much telephonic calls also.Again and again they give 48 hours time nobody from their side is bother to solve this issue,nobody gave contact details or e-mail id’s of management.This is something unfair from their end.

I just want want my refund.
