i have two complaint to yepme.com for order number 4479804. 1) i tried to purchased a jacket on 13dec 2013 from yepme.com. when i was doing online payment through net banking(sbi) somehow yepme site showed transaction failure, but money rs 824 deducted from account. i got it confirmed from sbi team that rs 824 is payed to yepme. this money is still not returned to my account. i mailed so many times to yepme.com for refund but still no action taken by yepme. 2) i completed same above order through cash on delivery(cod) mode of payment. i received the product and did the payment. under 30 days return policy of yepme i returned the product to yepme.com and they also received the product by 30th dec 2013 through speed post. this refund has also not been done till date. i complained so many time on customer care(01204851250) but no progress.
