This is with reference to my concern regarding order id 4457208. It has been around more than 21 days from my complain that i have not received my refund. Even after providing you with the account statement & bank undertaking in which it has clearly shown that the fund has been credited to your account.
Every time i forward you the mail, the only reply you provide is that it has been forwarded to the concern department & it will be refunded soon on priority. It has been clearly stated on your site that refund will take around 5-7 days max, but in my case 3 weeks have been passed but there is no such refund from your side.

This is my last mail to you regarding the concern if i didn’t receive the amount till Monday, 6th Jan 2014, then I am filing complain against your organisation. I am attaching the proof of account statement & bank undertaking once again for your reference. Kindly find attached.
