My complaint no. is 646674. I had already send the product from the first flight and through consignment no. U02300014220 , it is showing that product had already delivered to you on 2nd of may 2014 but still i have not received any respond from you. Even at every call to customer care you are still saying that you have not received. If i will not get any response from you till this week or not get my refund, i will file a complaint against at consumer court. Thank You Ankita Shaw

Yepme Delay in Delivery
I have placed order on 10th april and order id is 6328126. But didn’t received the product. I waited for too long and finally contact the customer care and registered a complaint on that but there was no response. Each time i call the customer care, they would tell me the product is dispatched from their end and to wait for 24 hrs more.this happened several times. so after that i raised refund request on may 3rd and that is also not processed till now. They are telling that they have to cross verify and to wait. Even the customer care people are hanging up the call.
