You Broadband – Delay in Service- Review

We have payed rs. 3049 to Prashant (Sales person of You Broadband) on 06th Aug 2014 for 4 MBPS broadband connection for 6 months (named with my room mates ‘Ashish Gupta’). Account can be found with mobile no: 989910xxx. Bill receipt no: 594587 (CRF NO). He sold this service on condition that they will install desired product on the next day (07th Aug 2014). But he had done false commitment. The connection started first time on 14 Aug 2014 10:23:53. And that is after 25+ follow ups from Sales, technical, customer care, manager, senior manager persons (we can provide phone calls detailed bill summary, if needed). Each time customer care person logged my complaint but I never got any single response… not even a single back call. Some complaints numbers are 2014080708089, 2014080819783, 2014081121794, 2014081420304. Even many times they did not received my calls. This does not ends here, we had agreed for WI-FI connection well before paying any money (We had provided the WI-FI modem). 3rd day after the paying money, line man (Kishore) came and established only the wire connection and gave their modem (but net was not connected that time), After that no one came to establish the internet connection. As I written above, first time it worked on 14 Aug but only the LAN connection. For WI-FI I read by myself and able to connect after 5 days, in between tried to connect with you broadband but not got any satisfactory answers. However I got the responses many time like “This is not my department, please connect with bla-bla team and again another that team gives the same reply.” It was like calling to all You telecom departments. “Connection of WI-FI is not comes in our part. We are providing the internet connection only and it is working from here (service center). This is not our problem.” “One person says the SLA is of three days, another says SLA is of 7 days, another says there is no SLA like thing.” Above types of statement we got many times. Even not ends here, after that till now we are facing the issue with speed of net. Today I have taken some screen shots (attached) In summary, we faced below issue: 1)Many times false commitments. 2)Unsatisfactory answers. 3)Misguidance. 4)No response after getting money. 5)Excessive irritation. 6)We personally reached late in office only due to this (around 3-4 times). 7)Wasted around 500 rs in calls. 8)Due to not getting connection timely, we had to use 3G internet service. Extra recharge of 1250 rs. We want to file complaint against: 1)You Broadband & Cable India Limited. 2)Prashant (sales person of You Broadband, Contact no: 8010708001) I request you to file the above complaint.
