I have an Internet Broadband connection from You Broadband India Private Limited. My Account no is 915204. I like to inform you my Internet is not working last 15 days I have lodged complaints many time on customer care and local operator but they didn’t response us properly they said will solve your issue in 2 days but till date Internet is not working.

The main reason for this Complaint for we 8 family are facing the same problem and everyone is lodging complaints but they didn’t response us. We have called them so many time they didn’t picked up even I sent many message to individual person for my problem but no one can look into this I have talked area manger mr amit as well they said issue will be solve in 1 day till date connection is not working .they are just making as full and ignoring my complaints always they given wrong information and lie to us. Earlier they promised us they will provide good service but the are not able to give normal service. There executive tell us we are coming at your home in half hour, I am waiting for them at home in 2 ,3 hour but no buddy comes they making customer full. ignoring all customers in my society. now I am very much upset and disturb from them I have paid 3 month advance payment to you broadband. For this bed service I have requested to them please close my connection if you are not able to resolve my problem after that they didn’t look it as well.
