I Ashish Pandey using the internet services provided by You Broadband company vide user ID: AP_301 I am not getting the internet connection since 10 July, 2014, subsequently I had called the designated call center and complained vide SR. 2014071000648 I am following up every day but there has no resolution till date also I am not getting any update on the resolution. Since more than a week has gone by without resolution, I would like to disassociate myself and requested for cancellation of subscription and refund of balance subscription charges vide SR No2014071600433 on 16 July, 2014. There has been no update on this as well
