You Broadband Quality of Service – Poor

On the night of 17th june when I tried to connect the Internet the modem wasn’t going online so I waited till morning. In the morning I tried once again but the problem was still there so I called up on the customer care number of YOU broadband and registered a complaint. They assured me of resolution asap but it was a lie. Day after day I called them and still the issue was nit resolved. Every time I call the Customer care they have the same answer “Sir, I am escalating your complaint from here to the local office on high priority basis”. Two times they appointed a technician for the visit but the company and its employees are so careless that they did not cared for the deadline. They gave me an ETR twice but as obvious they couldnt met it. The main part of this fraud company came out when they send me the text of issue resolution while there was no sign of any technician visit and not even a call from the company. They fraud me with a limited month unlimited plan. What is the use of a unlimited plan when you cannot use it. My user id is vk_0012 for you braodband connection and resides in Vadodara city. I have not been ablw to use my plan for more than 100 hours of my unlimited internet plan. It has roughly cost me 2 to 5 thousand rupees of economic loss as my whole family is using the internet connection for their financial matters.
