I had applied for shifting of my internet connection to Viman Nagar. The customer care executive had informed me that they can only shift the internet connection if they provide connection in my society. They informed me that they can shift my internet connection as they have checked the feasibility. Their executive collected shifting charge of INR 607 and plan charges of INR 1212 on 07072013. They said that the connection will be shifted in 1 week. But shifting was not done. I started calling the customer care repeatedly one day after another and they responded the same that the executive from local Pune office will call within 24 hours and resolve my issue. I did get some sporadic calls from them but they never shifted my connection. I again called the customer care and they said that they can only forward the request to the local office, they cannot do anything else. I tried calling the nodal officer in Pune, Mr. Imran khan but he never picked the call and the executives told me that he is busy in meetings all the time. I also called the appellate authority Mr. Ahmed Shaikh. He took my account number twice but no one contacted me again. He never picked my call again.Frustrated, I went to the local office and spoke to Mr. Imran Khan, nodal officer in You broadband Pune. He said on my face that executives lie by telling that shifting can be done in 1 week and it is not feasible for the company to shift connections. Out of favor, they shift the connection. He refused to give a time frame for giving connection but said that it might be done by 3rd August, 2013 or 5th August, 2013. However, connection was still not provided.I want to lodge a complaint as not only have they failed to give me connection, they have also lied to me that it is feasible to give me connection. They are also not returning my money.
Money refunded which I have given plus my mobile bill charges and 2-3 months of free internet connection of the same plan which I have paid.
