i am a pre-paid suvidha customer of You broadband (you telecom) in surat city of gujarat state. my you telecom net connection is not working since 9 days. i repeatedly registered my complaint to customer care and also to nodal officer of surat city, but till date they are assuring me that complaint will be resolved in next 24 hours. You telecom not able to provide me net connection even when i pay the my monthly bill in advance

due to pre-paid connection, i am not be able to use my connection in time period and you telecom not giving any credits for not working connection. it more of psychological damage when you pay for the service and service is not available. monthly bill 280/- + complaint registration form using other net connection 100/- + telephonic talk to customer care 50/-
