I have applied for new connection through online link (http://www.youbroadband.in/onlinesales_crf.php?id=2015041312692) on 14-04-2015. Later on You Broadband customer care girl called (Number: ) and after discussion on the plans and charges, she told that, will the connection in 3 days and send an email. I filled the form (http://www.youbroadband.in/onlinesales_crf.php?id=2015041312692 ) and paid through my credit card and got the Payment Confirmation Email form YOU Broadband [ Email Text Pasted Below…See]. I called customer care and send several emails to various so called responsible peoples, but got no connection till 30th April-15.
