I am facing repetedly non availability of network problem from the You Broadband “service provider”. following are main points I suffered during last 8 months. • Whenever I am trying to connect Customer care it is taking 15+ minutes to available Customer care officer. Let me know what is the guidelines of TRAI for waiting time for customer? & why such long waiting period for every time. • You are requested to kindly send me MIS of my complaints made with your good office this year. • As this year I face lots of connectivity problems you are requested to kindly give me the process of Loss due to non-availability of net connectivity although I have paid well in advance. • I am having loss of … o Business o Phone Calls to customer care o Using cybercafé due to no availability of net connection o Mental harassment o Unable to make timely payment to my bank and credit cards Request your intervention in this regards and doing the needful.
