month of OCT. Raised multiple complaints with the brand.No resolution. Speed is below 1 Mbps.Outages are every day on and off 2013100515600 2013102700024 2013127000009 When asked about refund.You Telecom says it is not in our policy.However they take money for entire month & do not give refund for hours of services effected.
I want refund for a month & robust connectivity promised OR entire amount refunded & connection cut.
