My modem was taken away by their person on 24/05/2013. Even after 80 days I have not got the refund back. There is no info from him or the local office. Helpline is always “experiencing high call volume” and unable to be reached. On the rare occasion that I could reach them, they have said that it is still pending. I do not know if my deposit will be returned as there is no response from the appellate authority or the nodal officer. A/c no.113726 P. Jayakumar
