have lodged a compliant no.2014061103894 on 11-6-14 . My broadband account no 701777 is offline since that day. The problem is not solved.I Called daily to call centre and land line nos. The only told the problem will b solved. Today they did not take my call.I Just called them 20 times since morning. I have paid for three months advance charges. It seems you are unable to provide services.

I hereby want my money immediately refund. So that I can get services from another internet provider. If you are unable to provide internet services in 48 hrs.-from now I will consider that you don’t want to give me services. In that situation you have to refund me all my money.
