You Telecom – spped issue not respond me properly

My self Saurabh N Patel. I am using the internet connection of ” you broadband india pvt. ltd.”. The problems I am facing since I started my connection. My plan is SP YOU Buzz 2299 Hour 12 Months. Now as per this plan, as sales executive of the service provider told me that, the speed would be of 2 MBps. And on the online site of You broadband, they have mentioned the speed as “2MBPS”, not “Upto 2MBPS”. But after 3-4 days my speed was very slow. When I called to customer care regarding my speed issue, he said that my plan is of fluctuating speed. My speed will be between 256 kbps to 2 mbps. Then I said, sales executive who came to my home he had not mentioned or discussed this when he was starting my connection. I complained regarding my this speed issue many times to sales executive (Mr Mohammad), to customer care (on telephonic customer care) & to area manager (Mr. Rajendra) but they have not respond me properly and just ignoring my complain. Still this problem not resolved and second problem arise that, my internet connection stopped working. It stopped working since last 12-15 days. For this also, I called many times to telephonic customer care centre and also to area manager Mr. Rajendra. But still my problems have not been resolved yet. The area manager Mr. Rajendra just keep promising since last week that he will resolve my problems, but nothing has been done yet. After long wait, I have decided to complain in consumer forum on “YOU BROADBAND INDIA PVT. LTD.”
I just want my working internet connection as fast as possible with increased validity period and hours on plan with fixed 2 Mbps speed or refund my money.
