opted for their SP NEW TRIDENT PLUS 25 GB 3 Months plan on 13th June. I am facing network related issues since then. The modem they provided stops working every 5 mins or so. I raised 4-5 complaints regarding the same. Every-time they said they are monitoring from their side but no action was taken. Once a tech support guy also came but he just checked the power connection and went off. I raised a complaint to disconnect my service and refund the money on 4th July but they haven’t taken any action on it either.

I just the refund of Rs. 2834 that I paid for this connection.
