Requested You Telecom connection to be shifted to my new house on 2nd Oct. They did not do so as I write this company on 3rd Nov. They have SLA of shifting within 8 days. However, You Broadband person come to collect the Shifting Fee on 8th (or 10th) of Oct. So far, they haven’t shifted the connection. I’ve been calling them everyday (since 5th Oct) and have made not less than 20 calls. However, they haven’t shifted it. Finally, after getting frustrated, I requested them to close the connection and they did not send any person to collect the modem as well. After a huge follow-up, they did send someone on Saturday. I’ve been asking them to return the plan (monthly) charges, shifting fees and modem fees. They did not agree to refund the plan charges. So far, entire month of Nov has been a great mental harassment for me (and is still continued). As a proov of evidence, I can produce the following : 1. a call log 2. receipt of transfer fees.
1. Connection to be transferred within 24 hours. Otherwise full refund of plan charges (between 10-29 Oct), transfer fees and modem deposit. The approach to be confirmed within 24 horus so that I can opt for another broadband service provider. 2. Compensation for mental harassment (Rs 5,00,000).
