Yureka Mobile – Phone damaged problem not resolved

Hi, My name is Ajay, I have purchased a cellphone from amazon which was Yureka in Rs 8,999. One day my phone got break and I register a complaint in yureka on 15-may-2015 however they told me to pay rs 2,999 for replacement of phone with refurbished phone. They told me to wait for 3-4 days our executive will be at your home for receive your phone but no one turned up till 21-may-2015. I again called yureka and then I came to know there is no compliant arised before 21-may-2015. They said we will lodge a new complaint for you and someone will be there by sure to receive broken phone. I waited for 5 days and one person came from delhivery services to receive phone on Sunday 24-may-2015 however they told me to wait for more 3-5 days you will get your device. I called yureka on 28-may-2015 for waybill number for my received device but they denied to give because they don’t have till that day (i.e 28-may-2015) I continuously call them for waybill number to provide but yureka company executive continuously deny me that they don’t have you have to wait 48 hrs. on 29th may 2015 I got waybill number after calling yureka executive continuous many times. Mr jay Prakash (supervisor) of yureka’s team said on (25-may-2015) you will get device in 3-5 days but no response from yureka. I called yureka many times that I want to talk with senior mr jay Prakash but they deny we cant transfer your call. I am fed up from yureka, till yet they don’t have waybill no. and they didn’t send any refurbished phone to deliver me. My register contact number in yureka forum is 99904xxxx in the name of Ms Sonia Sharma Please assist me pehredaar, you are the last door for me. My complaint id is 4901 in yureka.
