Yureka Mobiles – No Customer Care

Sir,I submitted my Yureka plus device (Date of purchase 24th July,2015) device on 16th June,2016 (Service centre Job sheet Number – N030129 061623 908661) which was received on 18th July, 2016 almost after a month.But the device came from the service centre with another motherboard fault and was again submitted on July 21st, 2016 (Service centre job sheet number- N030129071624514051) which i received on 7th August,2016 but was not repaired and came with another back speaker (mic) problem.They ask to submit the device again for one month which is not possible after almost two months. Kindly,provide a legal redress in this matter.

As the service centre is nearly 150 Km Away the charges of to and forth journey were paid.Due to the device submitted i could not go out of the city as they won’t provide it delivered anywhere alse. So,being a student loss of studies.

The company should refund the complete amount of device along with the aforementioned travelling charges.
